lively beer hall,
and german food.
Of course, I had to make a visit.I enjoyed a pretzel, beer and very large sausage.
It was gooood.
(and, in case you’re wondering- I am not a vegetarian while living in Germany. I would miss out on too much)
The next time I return, however,
I will go with more people than just myself,
maybe have more than one beer and join the party!
The beer is delicious.
The food, on the other hand, left me wanting more…
in my opinion, it was not worth the price.
But, if you’re ever in Munich, make a visit,
and at least sip on a beer or two.
Boo!! Now I am sad and miss Germany!! I lived there for 3 years, '03-'06. We visited Munich…and the Hofbrauhaus. I actually sat at that table (near the center of the photo) where the two blonde girls are. How cool!! Did you visit Dachau while you were there? So sad…
I love the Hofbräuhaus! There's one in a city nearby, so I tend to go a lot. Haha. Next time, try the schnitzel. I prefer it.
"a very large sausage" LOL that cracked me up, cuz that's what I was thinkin when I looked at it 😮
good for you girl, havin a beer!!! Love the pics-so enjoying following your journey….xo
Yep, that sounds right up my alley. People, good beer, and good food. I mean what could be better?!
I could not pronnounce that place but it looks so classic german…nice!
oo That sounds delicious!
My fiance and I LOVE all things germany. we're german beer/food connoisseurs. We're dying to go to germany and cannot wait to get some fresh (rather than imported) german beer! The bratwurst looks delish!
I'll come join the beer party with you!!!! xoxo
yes, the food there kinda sucks, and the place is kinda touristy, but you're right- totally a must-do when in munich.
that sausage looks amazing!!!
This looks SO cool! My boyfriend would die and go to heaven if he saw these pics because he's half German 🙂
