Cup of Homemade Sriracha Ranch

Sriracha Ranch Dressing Recipe

So many events and gatherings call for dips–from family holiday gatherings and game day watch parties to simple get-togethers with your friends. It’s easy to stick with classics like ranch, hummus, guacamole, and bleu cheese. But what if switching up your dipping sauce by adding a bit of spicy sriracha could change the game?

This easy sriracha ranch dip bursts with flavor and is incredibly versatile. You can use it as a condiment with game-day classics like pizza and chicken tenders, as the centerpiece of a veggie tray, or even as a salad dressing. This is one of my most versatile and delicious recipes. It’s a huge hit at any party and requires minimal kitchen tools, which means fewer dishes to do later.

What Is Sriracha?

If you’ve never heard of Sriracha, it’s a versatile hot sauce that originated in Thailand. It’s made from chili pepper paste, distilled vinegar, garlic powder, sugar, and salt. You can find Sriracha at most grocery stores or even order a bottle online.

How to Make Sriracha Ranch

To a small bowl, add one cup of non-fat plain Greek yogurt, ¼ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise, ¼ cup low-fat buttermilk, three tablespoons of sriracha sauce, one tablespoon of sugar, one teaspoon of sea salt, ½ teaspoon of dried parsley, and one teaspoon of fresh ground black pepper. Mix well and add more sriracha, buttermilk, salt, and pepper to taste. That’s it!

Storage and Freezing

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week. It’s okay to freeze the dressing–it will last for up to three months. However, I have not tried freezing this recipe myself, so I can’t guarantee its freshness after thawing.

How to Serve

Serve this sriracha ranch with veggies, pizza, warm pretzels, french fries, sweet potato fries, chicken nuggets, on sandwiches, or with chicken wings

So insanely delicious, but I didnโ€™t have buttermilk :(. Used actual ranch dressing instead. Mixed dressing with a bag of Cole slaw mix, and topped my tostados off with the slaw. Yum

Sriracha + ranch? I’m all over this recipe! Sounds like a delicious dip, especially for the pizza crust. Yum! #client
