The air fryer cooks so many things well, and meatballs are one of them! These quick and easy Air Fryer Meatballs are tender and juicy on the inside with a slight crisp on the outside. The best part is that you can make them ahead and freeze leftovers for later.
In the meantime, add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix with a spatula or with your hands just until combined.
Form 1-inch balls from the mixture and place them on a plate until all the mixture has been used.
Place them in the air fryer, leaving space between each meatball. Air fry for 6 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Flip them and continue cooking for another 5-6 minutes or until cooked through. (Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook these in two batches.)
Serve with freshly chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
These air fryer meatballs can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
