Servings: 2 cups (approx)
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup prepared horseradish
- ½ lemon zested and juiced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon Ground black pepper
Stir all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl until fully combined. Season with additional salt and black pepper, to taste.
Time allowing, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Remove from the refrigerator and garnish with freshly chopped chives, if desired.
