Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 (8.5 box) box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 (15-ounce) can whole kernel corn drained
  • 1 (15-ounce) can cream of corn
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, cornbread mix, sweet corn, cream of corn, butter, sour cream, buttermilk, sugar, and salt until well combined.
