Papaya Bowl Recipe
This Papaya Bowl is a delicious way to enjoy fresh fruit first thing in the morning. Eat your breakfast from a fresh papaya boat, with a delicious layer of granola and yogurt and your choice of chopped fruit, seeds, and nuts.

- 1 ripe papaya cut lengthwise with seeds removed
- 1 cup yogurt vanilla or plain are both great options
- ½ cup granola
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon chopped nuts
- Chopped fruit- anything goes :)
Prepare your papaya. Using a large knife, cut your papaya lengthwise and scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Start topping. Yogurt, granola, seeds + nuts, and chopped fruit.
