Passion Fruit Yogurt Cereal Pops Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2/4 cup passion fruit pulp (approx 5 passion fruit)
  • 3 cups plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup rice cereal

Instructions

  • Scoop the passion fruit pulp from the inside of each passion fruit into a small bowl. Set aside.
  • In a separate, clean bowl combine the yogurt with the honey and stir to combine.
  • Carefully spoon approximately 1-2 teaspoons passion fruit pulp into each popsicle mold followed by the yogurt until each mold is approximately 1/2 way full. Add 1-2 tablespoons rice cereal (if desired), any remaining passionfruit, and fill with remaining yogurt.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours.
